Fudge Brownies in a Jar

I love to give homemade gifts for Christmas, I think it shows that I put extra thought and effort into a gift. For a few coworkers I wanted to give dessert jars with delicious brownies. I’ve made these many times and they are so easy. You pour all the dry ingredients into the bowl, add a few simple wet ingredients, stir, and your set! I know I would love to receive this for Christmas, it’s one less dessert to make. So if your needing a last minute gift idea, here you go! Continue reading

DIY Christmas JOY Sign

IMG_0137Christmas really is the best time of the year. It brings back childhood memories, you get to spend time lots of time with family, eat delicious food, give and receive presents, and decorate the house like a glorious winter wonderland! I love making new holiday crafts for my house and this year I made a great addition for the front porch. It was fairly simple and I had most of the items I already needed at home, which always makes me happy. Repurposed Picture Frame

Otherwise, I’ll probably forget about it and it will sit in a lonely Pinterest board for months. Below is my step by step tutorial for my flower, I hope you enjoy and also find it “pin-teresting”! 🙂 Continue reading

How to Create Your Own Craft Room!

My dream craft room is finally finished! I could not be happier that this day has arrived! It took a lot of patience, time, planning, and help from the husband. I bought new items, recycled old items, and built my own craft table, which I’m very proud of! I had sooo much fun filling all my shelves, cubes, baskets, and jars…maybe a little too much fun! I love, love, love to organize so I was in heaven. 🙂 Having a room of my own to craft, create, be messy (sort of) and make a ton of great Pinterest DIY projects is awesome! This is so much better than cramming all of my things in the closet. I’m going to take you through a tour and show you all the wonderfulness of my dream craft room. Continue reading
