I haven’t made pasta in what seems like forever! I found a great recipe on Kraft.com and replaced the sausage with grilled chicken. This was super yummy and all the flavors were perfect together! It’s so quick and easy too. The hubby came home and devoured half of it right away…this is always a good sign that I have made something fantastic 🙂
I plan on finishing my letters x, y, and z this weekend. My abc cooking adventure has been so much fun and a great learning experience. I highly recommend it for anyone who is new to cooking who just wants to have a new blog experience. 🙂

1. Cook the pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in deep large skillet on medium-high heat 10 to 12 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Drain; return chicken to skillet. Add spinach and tomatoes; cook 2 min. or until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
3. Drain pasta then add to chicken and spinach mixture.
4. Add cheeses; mix lightly. Enjoy!
