Fresh Mango Salsa

MAngo3This salsa is similar to the Black Bean Salsa I made a couple of months ago but much sweeter. Sometimes I crave a sweeter salsa. I used to be a pretty picker eater and for some reason this became one of my favorite salsas to eat. This is a wonderful healthy snack that you don’t have to feel guilty about munching on. Make to to pair with some healthy corn tortilla chips 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • dried cilantro, to taste (if you dont use fresh)
  • 1 lime

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped tomato, onion, mango, and cilantro together until blended.
2. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice from both halves in the mixture. Mix and serve 🙂
