Quick, simple, and healthy…what more can you ask for?? This tasty snack only has 3 ingredients which includes crunchy peanut butter so I’m super excited 🙂 I got the idea for this from another recipe that included Greek yogurt, mashed bananas, and too many other ingredients for such a simple treat. So I modified I love my simple version, enjoy 🙂
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2-3 tablespoons honey (depending on the consistency you like)
1. Slice bananas into half-inch thick slices.
2. Mix peanut butter and honey together in a bowl.
3. Smear peanut butter/honey mixture on half the banana slices and top with the other half to make a sandwich.
4. Place banana sandwiches on a plate and freeze for 2 hours.
